I have a video on my iPad that I want to post on YouTube. It is like 9 seconds long and according to Google videos under 60 seconds are automatically made into shorts, however, with the iPad, they are not. On the iPad, I do not have the option to create a short specifically like I do on my phone. Is there a way to create a YouTube short on an iPad? Or is there a way to send the video on my iPad to my phone? Also, I don’t like the background noise in the video. I’d like to replace it with music. I’m not understanding how to replace noise with music in a YouTube short. So if you know how please tell me. Is there a way that I can screen record using the iPad? I would screen record on the iPad while the video plays with volume off and play the music in the background. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
