I have an ASUS LaptopUL30ASeries. Windows Firewall blocked a website Akamai and now the window that tells me this stays on my desktop and I can't close it. I shut-down and restarted several times, hit escape, and control,alt,delete but can't resolve problem

Hi, might be a simple reset, go to start search and type:-cmd, right click the returned cmd.exe and select "run as administrator" at the prompt type:-
netsh advfirewall reset (press enter) you should receive an OK message.
