What is this process and how do I stop it from eating all my resources?

inetcpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 8651

It seems to be part of IE8 and causes my computer to freeze.
Then It goes away.
I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 with Vista Home Basic SP2

Hi BagelAnne,

I recommend scanning your computer for any viruses/spyware. What AV program do you use? Scan your computer with Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes. Hope everything works out well for you.
