Wake on Lan (WOL) through TeamViewer not working

I am attempting to use Teamviewer's WOL functionality to wake my PC using my mobile phone using a public IP address.
I have followed the user manual, port-forwarded, enabled WOL in my BIOS, disabled the deep sleep setting, and gone into my device manager to enable magic packets/waking the device.

Despite all of this, the PC will not turn on when using WOL. I receive no error message when attempting to send the magic package, whereas when I had used the wrong IP address it fed back a message saying that the app had failed to wake/reach the device.

I was at one point unable to see the magic packet enable option on my device manager, and have installed updated drivers, which rectified this issue. beyond this I have hit a wall and can no longer think of any other possible solutions. Nor can I find any more hints from online troubleshooting guides.

Thank you for your time and help!

I should also mention that I have checked to ensure that when my device is put to sleep, there is still a light indicating that power is supplied to my ethernet adapter, a light is also present on the router end.

For anyone solving this what's needed is your computer specs, phone specs and networking system specs. I assume you've checked with your ISP and phone company for any restrictions.

My internet is a private home router which I pay for, from Virgin Media. I have port forwarded following the available guides. I assume that there is no issue with my router as when my PC is in the process of going to sleep mode it will receive the magic package and re-awaken. If it fully enters sleep, it will not. Power is supplied to the ethernet cable on both ends as a light is still visible. BIOS WOL through the APM options has been enabled and in device manager I have allowed magic packets to be sent, and allowed it to wake the computer with a magic packet only.
In regards to the behaviour of the PC when in sleep mode I have ensured that sleep is assigned to set the computer to sleep and not hibernate or shutdown, and I have unchecked the box for the fast startup.

I am using an intel network adapter.

Try turning off Windows Defender Firewall. In the advanced settings after launching Team Viewer, select Full Access. Still could help more with more specs icluding what version of Team Viewer.
