If 'menu bar' isn't in the list then a policy could have changed.

One way that could possibly fix it is to use group policy.

Open run from the start menu and type in "gpedit.msc".

Then navigate to
"user configuration\administratitive templates\windows components\internet explorer\"

Find the policy that says 'turn on menu bar by default' and if it is 'disabled' set it to 'not configured' by double-clicking on it and if it is already 'not configured' then try setting it to 'enabled'.

Also do the same thing in "computer configuration\administratitive templates\windows components\internet explorer\"
if the other way didn't work.

It's Vista Home and does not support gpedit. thanks for trying though geek. I'm just going to download Mozilla Firefox. To hell with Gates lol
