Just recently, I can not use my call phone feature in Gmail. It states to download the voice plugin, which is already there. I unisntalled this, reinstalled and the same. I use windows 7 64 bit. I have latest java (can only use 32 bit) and unsure what happened. I use microsoft essentials for anti virus. I've researched and found where some have gone to application date within their hard drive, but can't find this for window 7. Anyone?
