I forgot my admin login for my old WD MYCLOUD 2Tb drive. A YouTube says to press the paperclip button on the back for 4-5 seconds to reset without losing data. That doesn't seem to work. When I sign on to the IP address I'm still asked for an admin password. Is there some default address? I tried "password".

You would change your Admin Password in the MyCloud Dashboard by typing http://wdmycloud/ into your browser How to access the Dashboard on a My Cloud (single bay) device
If that doesn't work then do the 4 second Reset How to Reset a My Cloud (single bay) Device which will reset your password to Default to enter the drive. Or through the MyCloud Dashboard
