Hello

I have a problem with printer spool. My printers are not showing until I disable my printer spool from services and after that they show up in the device list but I can't use them. If I start printer spool then settings freeze and I can't open any of the printer settings from there. I also can't access C:\Windows\System32\spool folder to delete files from there, nothing happens when I click the folder.

Any ideas to fix this?

What is the Make and Model # of the printers?
How are your printers connected to your computer?
Are they connected via USB, Wireless or are they Networked Printers?
How long has this been going on?>
Have you done a System Restore to a time before this happened?
Remove the printers from the computer, Uninstall each printers software and drivers, Restart the computer.
Install the software for one printer at a time, if connecting by USB, the software will tell you when to plug in the printer to the computer.

You mentioned "Printers" is there more then one printer other than the Canon?
How to Fix “The Print Spooler Service Is Not Running” Error in Windows Try from Step #4 down.

If you still have problems follow the steps in #2 to Uninstall the Printer totally, then Clean the Print Spooler then download and reinstall the driver and software https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-mf273dw#idReference=software-drivers
Canon is the only physical printer. I mean that even all the Microsoft options are missing, like print to PDF.
