old orion videoplayer

Hello guys so i have an old orion videoplayer and i wanted to connect it to a pc and then from pc to capture some pictures from the old tapes i got or to record them to a usb stick just so i dont lose the old clips and i can t figure it out how to connect to a pc . I tried with an antena cable but it s not working, any ideas ?

The Video OUT and IN are BNC connectors, also there is a Proprietary Video In and Out cable jacks. It would be easier to go to a Garage Sale or Thrift Store to buy a VCR with the standard RCA jacks. Or a friend might have a working VCR in their closet or garage they can give you.

If your tv has a usb connector, then it might be possible to connect your video to your tv using the scart connection, and then your tv to your pc via usb, and transfer things that way.

As I no longer have a VCR, am unable myself to test whether it will or won't work, but maybe worth a shot.
