I've bought a pre-built computer a few months back. I've been having issues with it randomly freezing. I had the RAM replaced under warranty which seems to have solved most issues.
It's now started with another issue. When the computer is on it will randomly freeze and then after a few seconds it'll work again. The event viewer says something along the lines of "Reset to device Raidport0 issued".
20 minutes ago it froze again, but this time it didn't come back and it displayed a message at the bottom of the screen saying "stop code dpc watchdog violation", my PC then wouldn't boot and I've had to switch the power off and drain the power from the PC before it would boot back up. I'm beginning to think I may have an SSD or compatability issue.
My motherboard is a Gigabyte B760M D3HP (DDR5 version)
Main ssd is a m.2 Origin Inception TLC830 Pro NVMe 1TB
CPU i9-12900kf
I can't seem to find much info on that SSD, I've never heard of that brand and I'm thinking the shop has cheaped out..
I've ran sfc and CHKDSK checks and both come back without issues.
