I/O device error?

When I insert the SanDisk Card into its place and try to open it on my laptop it gives this error:

E:\ is not accessible.
The request could not be performed because of an I/O error.

What can I do to overcome this?

I think so. do you think this error may be due to a virus or something like that?

i dont know...but i would get the update from microsoft, but before -hand it is very important for you to clean your system from spyware and viruses. use the links below, housecall, adaware, ewido and avg are all good.

do you have norton loaded on your machine?
