Hi everyone!
I have a really annoying problem with an application that I need some help with please.
I use an application called "yousendit" for sending large files across the web.
Recently something strange has happened and it has gotten corrupted so I haven't been able to run it.
I tried Uninstalling the application but no success so I manually searched and removed the entries for the app in Windows and the Registry.
Now everytime I try to re-install the application I get the following error message:
Error 1605: "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed"
I have installed the Windows Install Clean Up program, CC Cleaner and Revo Uninstaller but none of them picks up on any remnants of "yousendit" yet everytime I try to install it it gives me the options to "Modify", "Repair" or "Remove" with the same error 1605, whichever option I select.
It's really frustrating as I like YouSendIt and this is clearly an InstallShield/MSI problem but I don't know how to resolve it?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Cheers
