My current spec:
Processor: Intel core 2 duo E6550 2,33 GHz
RAM: "Good ram" GR667D264L5/1G DDR2 PC5300DIMM (2gb together1+1)
Video card: ATI Radeon HD 2600 series
Power supply:MACRON - MPT - 400P Output 400W max
HDD: Western digital 500gb SATA 16mb cache (WD500 AA KS)
2 additional coolers 12V 0,21A
Runing on windows Xp sp3

1) is most like your best option.

Your motherboard is slightly outdated and I don't believe its PCI-Express version is 2.0 (most likely 1.0 or 1.1)

Although most cards are backwards compatible you will not be able to take advantage of the video card's true power. The reason why I would select 1) is because of the DDR5, which outperforms the DDR3 on the other 2 cards.

You will also need to upgrade your PSU to a good quality unit. We suggest a minimum 550W for a PCI-E GPU and that would be enough for the GPU's you have listed.
