I recently bought a Bluetooth mouse for my Toshiba A665-S6095 laptop (running Windows 10), but couldn't get it to work. I installed various drivers and stacks, but no success. As I checked the internet for similar problems, I discovered that I could not determine whether this model even has Bluetooth capability. I assumed that it would have BT capability, but maybe it doesn't. Does anyone know for sure? Thank you!

Hi whats the make and model number of the Bluetooth mouse? I see no bluethooth drivers on the Toshiba support page for your model laptop. plus doesn't look like they have win 10 driver for that model. Satellite A665-S6095 Support | Toshiba
Hi Oscer1 - you are correct. I also checked the Toshiba site and noticed there is no Win10 drivers. So I have tried Win8 and Win7 drivers, hoping they would work under Win10. The Bluetooth mouse I ordered is "Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Bluetooth Mouse (H3S-00003)". Software may be the issue, but I still don't know if my laptop actually has a Bluetooth module installed. I can't find any reference to it at all. Thanks!
hi if their is nothing in device manager or bios about Bluetooth then probably doesn't have bluetooth
