Does installing Windows 11 delete cracked programs?

A FRIEND (not me) had some cracked programs (Autocad 2014 and MS Office 2007)
on his Win 10 PC, and the automatic-updates installed Win 11.
And those cracked programs disappeared.
Did Win 11 delete them?

Forum rules dictate that we cannot help you with Cracked, Pirated Software.
That being said, Windows 11 doesn't delete programs or make them disappear. They are probably still in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)
But programs may need to be reinstalled after upgrading.
