Hello to all,
i am keep getting PC freezes at random. Sometimes, BSOD
the last error message at event viewer is
DCOM Error 1084

This is a laptop DELL latitude E5570.

At safe mode and ubuntu, PC is running smoothly.
I even ran an online graphic card stress test using ubuntu, no problem (left it running for hours)

Sometimes it is working for some days, especially if i do not restart, the last time after chipset drivers reinstall, but after some restarts, it starts freezing again.

What is have tried so far wihout the problem to fix (exept the full format, all done in safe mode):
1. I have alrdeady done one full format
2. DISM commands one by one. “Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth”, “Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth”, and “Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth”.
3. changed to DHCP (fixed it for some days)
4. reinstalled chipstet drivers
5. reinstalled graphics drivers
6. Sfc /scannow
7. disabled all startup programs except for system ones
8. checkdisc /f
9. Reinstalling some drivers (fixed it for some hours (!) - I have installed all the suggested dell drivers, using the official dell driver online tool and updated bios
Any suggestions?

My next move is to make a new clean windows installation with DHCP enabled in prior, just in case this is the problem.

8GB RAM
intel core i7-660U CPU @ 2.6 GHz (4 CPUs) ~2.8 GHz
BIOS 1.34.3
windows 10 education 64bit - (10.0 built 19045)

The PC used to run smoothly, mainly under windows 7, even with heavy software like autodesk inventor.
It it true that the blue screen appeared more times when running autodesk inventor.
But now the freezing is almost right after the startup, right after I hit the start button to find an application to open.

What you mean by change MOBO? no hardware change has been made at the laptop, except for I think I have exchanged the position of the ram slots which is not really a change.
I am trying to update windows and report back.

Something doesn't jibe then. The specs for your laptop don't agree with what you're saying provided the model # is correct and you didn't upgrade. It's possible if you're dual booting it's affecting Windows.

EDIT: I'd also suspect Malware.

I really need to know what your machine has in it. In the start menu, scroll to Windows Administration Tools and under System Information, Summary, use the snipping tool twice to capture all the info. Post each result here.

Let's see if we can avoid the Clean Boot steps by just going into your apps & features and see if anything there is unwanted and can be safely deleted (I wouldn't delete Microsoft apps). Drop down to the startup apps and do likewise. Restart and let's see how it runs.

Under device manager, under display adapters, i see
AMD Radeon R7 M360
Intel HD graphics 520

I disabled AMD and it seems not to give the errors anymore (!)

Is there any change that there is no AMD Radeon R7 M360 graphics card existent, as hardware, in the laptop?

You switched from the AMD GPU to the onboard since your Dell came with both. If you're not a gamer, no problem. If you need better graphics, go to the AMD site and download update driver(s).

Download the latest driver for your Dell Make and Model # for the Intel Graphics (Video) Support for Latitude E5570 | Drivers & Downloads | Dell US
You may need to update the Bios as well.
If this still fails, you may have problems with your RAM or HDD/SSD

I downloaded all dell drivers the previous time i did a full format. this did not fix the problem.
right now, with the radeon disabled, the pc runs smoothly without errors. i tried the most heavy sofrware i use and it is decent, so i am keeping it like this for the time being.
will try the radeon drivers from AMD, in case they solve the problem, instead of dell webpage, but i do not think that this will solve it. Maybe there is a hardware problem with radeon.
thank you for your time and your valuable asisstance!
