I'm trying to recover data from a Harddrive using the Bytecc USB 2.0 Drive Mate. I've attached the Drive Mate to the HD and my Laptop (the Laptop, Vista Home Premium SP2, showed it had added the Device).
It doesn't show up in My Computer, or Disk Management.
Under Device Manager I can see the USB Mass Storage Device that disappears when I disconnect the USB.
I've tried a couple different recovery programs, but can't figure it out.
Please Help!!!
