blue screen error messages at shutdown

I am having major problems with my computer shutting down. I get a blue screen with many different messages. The lastest is 'WDM Driver Error 224, [asapiwzk.sys+4000 a7 F87E3000] I have also had 'memory management' and many others. Anyone understand this? I have uploaded this stuff to microsoft but no replies or help.

Hi,

Go to start, control panel, system, hardware, device manager, and look for any area that has a red or yellow driver error flag....update that driver. Especially look in the Audio area for 'WDM Driver Error 224 because that one can be a sound driver issue (as well as other area, I might add).

you can try googling the BSOD message and see the results that come up. it could be a hardware device conflict.
