Hi I'm having some problems with my PC I am running Windows 7 64 bit I've been having these numbers come up after Startup Repair gets Windows to start

I have run Spybot, Ccleaner, Microsoft Security Essentials and Malware Anti-bytes, none of these have fixed the problem, while reasonably computer savvy fixing a problem like this is very new to me and a lot of what I've read on google has confused the hell out of me. I have just re-installed McAfee to see if it can find the problem (scannning in background now). Anybody's help would be greatly appreciated.
