Vista Blue Screen Maybe Fixed ? Who Knows !

I had my friend bring his computer over early today as he had a bsod. i gave him this site addy and told him come here for help but he asked could i do it and i said what the hell. i got the mini dump but i cant zip it or do anything it says i have no permission

if i 7zip it it just gives an empty folder.

Copy the minidumps to the Desktop and try it from there.
