My Vaio computer purchased long back is started giving BLUE SCREEN with function module APC_INDEX_MISMATCH. I even tried to recover to factory layout settings using VAIO recovery utility and no use. I uploaded complete information as suggested by thread

· OS - Vista/ Windows 7 ==> VISTA HOME BASIC (Build 6002 SP2)
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ==> 32 BIT
· What was original installed OS on system ==> VISTA
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer) ==> OEM
· Age of system (hardware) ==> 5 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS ==> 1 months. yes. Recovered to factory settings
· CPU
· Video Card
· MotherBoard
· Power Supply - brand & wattage
· System Manufacturer ==> SONY VAIO
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) ==> VGN-N27GH
Can someone pls look into this and help me to resolve this BSOD.
