edit: forgot to mention after driver dtective i got a different blue screen erorr:
memory system or something like that.

 

You don't need driver detective or any similar programs you can get the drivers you need from the Hp support pages for your model for free,also those programs can recommend drivers which are entirely unsuitable

 

Yeah i noticed that, they supposely can give you refund which i asked for mine already.
i also had fan speed installled but coulnt adjust the speed and was telling me it was running very hot in few mins so i deleted it.

 

speed fan cannot make adjustments on a laptop it is not set up the same as a tower system with the sensors

No your not, follow the instructions put all the files in one newly created folder zip the folder(right click on the folder> Sent to> Compressed (zipped) folder).

Have you checked the temp of the CPU?
If you are having trouble running the app it very well may be a heat issue.
Try using Hardware Monitor to read the CPU and GPU(if a seperate chip) temp

^Thats not the one i have also most of the time when laptop its about to freeeze fans spin fast then freezes or crashes or restarts by itself.

 

Use the Wi7 Snipping tool to take a screen shot of the HWM window after doing something intense for a bit like playing a game or a virus scan.
Post the screen shot as an attachment.

 

i dont know what happened but after downloading what joe posted and the cpu program my laptop has been fine it freezed once but 1 time during that day thnks ill keep you guys updated.
