post the bsod error

 

cant its not possible the screen stays like 1second then restarts..

 

boot from the vista dvd and on the install screen,click on repair on the bottom left

 

sry what u mean with boot from vista dvd? idk much about that stuff in comp (is it a vista installer ?)

ok but what can i do with it , i cant even get to the system when i say sistem i mean desktop. so if i used the vista dvd thing i assume i would have to be in the desktop.. which i cant get in.

 

you set the bios to boot from cd first

then popin the dvd and reboot

 

how can i set bios to boot from cd first????? (f8? when the comp restarts?)

 

one of the post screens will say what key to press to enter the bios[setup]

my computer didnt came with windows vista dvd :l

 

do you have the restore disc and a recovery partition

 

no nothing came with my computer only the computer itself.....

 

is it a brand name computer

 

kinda it doesnt even have 1 year yet.

sry i said already i cant even get on the desktop before it ''logs in'' in the desktop it shows the blue error message.im on my old computer.

Oh and its a toshiba laptop.

you need to post the full bsod error message,so we will have an indication of the cause

will it stay up for the bios

tap f8 when booting and from the boot options try

last known good configuration

see if it will go into safe mode and stay up
