Around 3 weeks ago I purchased a hp pavilion 15-p211au. Once I purchased the laptop I installed Firefox and selected it as my default browser. Shortly after I would receive a bsod when listening to music online or watching youtube videos. I took it back to the retailer and they tested it and there were no hardware issues they advised me to restore back 2 factory settings. I did so and the bsod persisted. I finally got the go ahead from HP and was able to receive an exchange/refund. I exchanged the computer, I got home and set up the computer and started watching videos on youtube and the bsod appeared again with the same message as my previous laptop. I'm starting to think there is no issue with the laptop but issues with firefox causing it to crash. However I may be wrong. What can I do to fix this issue?
