Zone Alarm is a good program and I have used it for quite some time now. But, yesterday I upgraded to the latest version 3.1 ( I believe) and I had nothing but problems with my system from the 1st minute I started trying to use it.

The best version they came out with was 2.6.362 and I will never upgrade again.

Trust me once I did the upgrade nothing worked right on my system.

Luckily, I had my system ghosted on the back partition. So, I ghosted it back to the way it was, took me all of 6 minutes, and everything is fine now.

So, just a warning. Don't upgrade to the new 3.1 version.

I got the upgrade yesterday and have not had any problems.......Yet....

I noticed some problems going from the 2.xx version to the 3.xx versions, but overall not to serious. The latest version from this month seems to be ok.

So then, it didn't raise a stink with any of your online games? I'm gonna give it one more try. Maybe I installed it wrong or something. I don't think I did but then I have done it many times before.

Worse case, I would have to reghost my system back. Big deal, only takes me 4 minutes.

I'll let ya know.

I just installed the update this weekend on my machine @ home.... seems fine to me.
