Youtube wont let me comment videos

This is my iPod touch version and it keeps saying 'Youtube not available' whenever I want to comment! It's so annoying cause whenever I don't use it for a while, it works and then after I do 2 or 3 comments, it starts again! Guys what am I doing wrong? I tried restarting iPod,turn off JavaScript & turned off my modem! I also did that on the YouTube mobile and desktop version, but it doesn't seem to be working with my new update 5.1. Anybody want to tell me why it's a mess like? Thanks to the person who figures this out!
