The same chip that renders your dvd is also rendering the youtube video. So i would say its fine if everything else works as it should. How long have you had this problem? Did something change/happen that may have caused this problem?

problems with flash player or web browser maybe, try re installing the browser or maybe try using a different browser and update the flash player
