I have Yahoo Messanger and I like to go into Voice Chat Rooms sometimes and when I start talking I get this message, which happens to be an illegal operation : KERNEL32.DLL

That is the error. Can someone help me please ... Thanks..

Also my MIC is plugged into the right port .........

You just need to close the program and try to open it again.

I have done that before it still happens. Also I have uninstalled it 4 times and it still happens. The error again is KERNEL32.DLL

Try to reinstall the software instead.

there is not software .... just the download from their website and I have done that 4 times and now 5 as of an hour ago.

Try running system file checker! If it finds any missing system files it will prompt you for a location on where to get them. Just pop in your W98 CD and it will install them..............
