hi everyone!

im a newbie in this site. my problem is related to the Yahoo Mail & Messenger services

with Yahoo! Mail

i cannot send an outgoing message. Internet Explorer is returning a message that goes "Only one top level element is allowed in an XML document." i don't know what it means. please help me on this. btw, im using the windows vista home basic OS and IE ver. 7

with Yahoo! Messenger

YM hangs in the middle of the session. don't know y. if i use it in the office i do not experience any problem but everytime i access it thru d laptop at home....well, its "NOT RESPONDING".

Click Here to download ATF Cleaner by Atribune. Save it to your Desktop.

Go to your desktop and double click on ATF-Cleaner.exe.
