hey,i recently finished building new comp and everything is running great.ive had it for a while now and wanted to do a clean install to freshen things up and because i had some spare time.well when i started up and started installation while i was in windows i rebooted so i can continue the install by selecting XP Pro setup from the boot menu and it starts to go into setup where you select your boot drive and stuff but just locks up.I tried installing using the cd and the 6 boot disks but the same results.hmm an help would be appreciated.

I would also suggest you lower the settings on your RAM. XP install has an issue if the RAM settings are too tight (Set to max). Lowering these settings should allow you to install XP. Then you can turn them back up once the install is complete.
