Hello,
Recently keys on my keyboard stopped working out of nowhere. I ran a virusscan thru AVG, spyware scan with SuperAntiSpyware and a malware check with MalwareBytes. Nothing came up that ever fixed this issue. So I decided after hours of trying different things, I would just re-format the computer and re-install Windows seeing how I have everything saved elsewhere.
Upon re-format and subsequent XP installation, it asks me for my serial code. However, every keyboard I have (PS/2 and USB) seem to have different issues with random letters. I can't put the serial number in and therefore can't get to Windows to load my drivers cd for the computer.
What can I do to fix this? I've tried 3 different keyboards none of which have the X key working which is what I need haha.
