It depends what you want to use your PC for, but I would say Home.

you know, i'd never seen that list.

in my opinion, i wouldn't need xp pro.

none of those options are really very important.

although, isn't there other differences that aren't on the list?

like the ability to have more than 5 machines in each workgroup?

I'd like a pro (more tweakage options from what I've read), but there's nothing wrong with Home edition.
