You might be able to purchase a replacement CD from Microsoft under their service for replacing damaged CDs.

Or another option could be to purchase (or search for something free on the net) software such as Acronis and make an image of your current drive:-

You might find an older version of Acronis, or something similar, given as a freebie with a computer mag.
If your current installation is not too good, you could borrow an XP CD and use your key to make the installation, and then make an image as a stand-by copy.
If you try to copy a Windows CD, I suspect you will run into copyright issues.
