I have a user account that has been disabled in Active Directory on our network. When I logged in with that account before I clicked save password. Everytime I try to connect to the network it keeps trying to login with the disabled account. (My laptop is not added to the domain). It gives a "access denied" message and does not give an option to login with a different account. I tried remapping a shared drive and clicked sign in as a different user. It works for that initial boot but when I reboot it tries to login with the old account. Is there a file or some place on the system where I can have the system delete the old disabled account? I tried clearing the password in Internet Explorer options. Only place that I could think of. Is there like a .pwl file or something. Thanks

The password that is stored is a domain login password. Isnt the user account in the control panel only for local machine accounts?
