ok i installed WIn Xp SP3 now.... dont worry its original... dad had an extra license for his new computer.... which hasnt arrived yet... and as we thought OS was the prob... we thought to try a official one...
so i dont think i break any rules here now

PC stats
1) Core 2 Duo E7400 (2.8 GHZ each)
2) Cooler master 1000W Power supply
3) Motherboard is AUSU P5Q-VM
4) XFX GTS 250 (standard)
5) Kingston 2 Gb DDR2 ram x2 (so total is 4 gb ram)

ok XP is very stable....... i mean it dosnt hang....
Unless i play a game.......
i have only tried assasins creed.....
which i got with my GFX.....

now i belive its not the OS..... its the hardware...... the drivers im using are the ones i got from the CD of ASUS and XFX
..........

Post the temp and voltage readings from the BIOS.

Post the GPU temp at idle and load

You can use GPU-Z to monitor the temps.
