So for approximately 2 years i have had this adapter (only used it about once or twice, each for maybe a week at a time) But now when I plug it in about 3 months ago to play DS2 on the PC it doesn't work with the game. Today I tried using it again and it didn't work. I have scoured the Microsoft forums for answers but to no avail. So my problem doesn't seem to correlate with problems that anyone else is having. I have calibrated the controller I am using and it works perfectly and it is picked up by the computer as a device for the system. I have checked the drivers and they are up to date. But the main problem lies with games. I have tried to use the adapter with most of the games that require it (I.E DS2 Darksiders MK9 etc.) and have essentially exhausted most of my options. It is not a problem with the hardware either since the adapter is barely used and the controller is still in good condition. I have been so frustrated with this issue i have done this :banghead: for 3 minutes straight trying to think of a solution. so if anyone has any solution to this problem it would be much appreciated.

Driver version (For the adapter) : 2.10
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Specs:Geforce GTX 680
Intel Core i7-377OK CPU
16.00 GB RAM

So the controller is recognized by Windows, the drivers are installed, and the controller is calibrated and functional.

Sounds like the issue is with game support, which is a game issue. I've not used an Xbox controller on the PC, but with most other controllers, support is often hit or miss and game dependent. The controller usually needs to be connected and ready before the game is loaded, but after that, whether it works or not is entirely up to the game.
