Can someone tell me how to take a .wvx video from a website and save it as a .wmv to my computer?

When I click "save as" and change it to .wmv the file always comes up empty.

I've located the .wmv URL, but I cannot find a way to save it so that I can play it in Windows Movie Maker.

It does, but I need to import it into Windows Movie Maker, and it won't recognise .wvx files.

I want to save the entire file to my computer.
