Try this.
Go up to the top intil u see something like arrows going up and down just simply drap it all the way up to the top

I have problems with word and excel. When I open one of this program the window is moved down. The size of the free space on top is always different.
What can I do?

I can't use it. Look at the picture. The window is already maximize. And everytime I open the program a get this.
