Looks good to me also and going to 2x2GB of RAM would be nice if it's in your budget.

4GB would definitely be an advantage for 7 using the 32 or 64 Bit version.

There's a very big difference between 2gb and 4gb of RAM. I can attest to this from personal experience. Windows itself will use 2gb by itself on occasion, so that extra headroom for your applications and multitasking will make a very noticeable difference in how often you experience stuttering.

Whichever version of Windows you go with, be sure to pick 64bit. 32bit is maxed out at 3.25gb of RAM.
