im considering buying a asus essentio cs5111-ap007 computer and it says that it has 802.11n wireless technology so would i just need to buy a router or would i need an adapter...also altho this isnt the place for it but its a side question would a wired keyboard and mouse work on it?

Well, if it claims to have 802.11n, it already has wireless capability, so all you need is a wireless router.
