You need to bench build this rig like our techs on here do, it is simply the best way to troubleshoot a build to make sure you don't have problems after it is built.

Working from cold boot but not from a restart!
Hi everyone,
2 Days ago I started building up my friend's computer. Everything was working fine, until I restarted the PC. It get stuck at the motherboards splash screen after restarting the system only. It works O.k from a cold boot.
MB : Gigabyte 890FXA-UD5
CPU: AMD 965 Phenom II
PSU: Corsair TX 750W
RAM: OCZ Gold 4GB
VGA: Sapphire Vapor-X 4890
Any suggestion is welcomed.

I did. There wasn't such a problem then.But I think I have a rough idea what would the problem be.(I'll check when I get home)
Another question: The BIOS is kinda slow to POST (around 10 seconds) Any ideas?
