HI All,
I have an intermittent problem printing from Word 2000 on win98SE. The printer is connected via USB directly to the computer I am trying to print from.
Sometimes and for not (identifiable ) reason, instead of the print window coming up (to give me choices abnout how I want to print) the top bar of Word window flashes. I switch in and out of the program, switch to another program, fiddle about, try stuff and finally return to Word and the print window (more often than not) appears, from here and I can go ahead a print OK.
Not sure the sequence of actions which causes the print window to finally appear, but annoyed at the problem occuring in the first place. The set up has been together a couple of years but seems only to be happening recently. Any ideas?
