Word 2007 Label merge
Want to print mailing labels using Word label merge with Excel as the database; merge is successful but when printing only the first page of the labels is printed what am I missing ?

I have merged and preview the results including printing it to a pdf file and it still shows only one page

Did you actually click the 'finish & merge' button, or did you simply print the previewed merge?

Confirmed clicking the finish and merge button and printing it as a pdf

merging to a new document ? was using the same when creating the label merge
If you're not merging to a new document, or directly to the pdf 'printer', you're not executing the merge, which is what the 'finish & merge' button is for.
