Hello every 1 i have a biostar g31 m7 te, running on board graphics, 2 gigs of ram (kingston 800mhz) , Intel Celeron E1200 1.8 and 160 gb ide hard drive, and for some reason my computer wont boot past the bios screen. Every time i turn it on it just stays on the biostar screen and if i press delete to enter the bios menu it goes to a black screen where it checks system components and just remains like that any one know what the problem might be? its not a power problem, cause i checked my power supply, tried clearing cmos in all ways possible, cleaning ram pins, nothing. Can this be helped or do i just have to throw it out my window (again).

unplug the hard drive and see if you can then get to a bios screen and navigate within

if no joy

try one stick of memory using the slot closest to the cpu / if no joy / try the other stick in single stick configuration

I'm not fond of any ThermalTake PSU's but the Tough Power Series are good.
I don't find any 650W Pure Power. What is the complete Model Number?
I find one 600W that is very poor quality and one that is OK but not top quality.
