Hi, welcome to TSF

What make/model is your graphics card? If it's onboard, what make/model is the motherboard? You can find these details with PC Wizard.

Are you using the latest graphics driver? Are your chipset drivers and DirectX up to date?

Does your graphics card support OpenGL? Has the game ever worked before on this computer?

my mother board is "NEC CI Unspecified"

i have updated DirectX and my graphics card DOES support OpenGL

But i dont know how to udate my chipset
The chipset drivers can be found on your motherboard CD, or you can download from the motherboard manufacturer's website.

Try CPU-Z to identify your motherboard.
my chipset is "ATI RS200/RS00M"
i have updated everything, but still, it does not work, any ideas??
