Hi
I am trying to stream video from ABC directly and am running on Verizon Fios posting 20.6Mb/sec. Using dual core pentium 3.0G and ATI Radeon xl1600 video board. I have no problem running Netflix on the same system

I have uninstalled WMP11 and resinstalled several times, tried MS updates, even MS Explorer 8 with no effect.

The error message I get is: player_'QMX';11';QMM_Content_Not_Found(10064.0)'

I am able to access ABC on another computer on the same network, but not this one.

Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks,
NormP

Norm, You're not the only one! I'm just now noticing other forums talking about the same error. I just posted over in the Adobe forums this message. Hope someone knows what the solution is!

Glad this is showing up in Google queries now. i've been searching for a couple months now for a thread about this. I get the same error on Hulu / ABC player (Move Networks Player):

Unfortunately, an error has occurred. Please try again later.
If you'd like to tell us about the error, please mention error code:
player_'QMX':'11':'QMM_Content_Not_Found (10064,0)'

I've done all the uninstall/reinstall troubleshooting I ever want to do. Tried the URL tricks mentioned elsewhere. Tried different browsers (IE and Firefox). Disabled Adblockers, Pop-up blockers. Uninstalled Antivirus and firewall (living on the edge for a few minutes just to test!). Upgraded browsers. Fed back to ABC (right! Like that works...). Read the FAQ and Troubleshooting over at Move Networks (Right! Like that works...). I've watched a couple episodes successfully on my other laptop, but I don't want to watch TV on my laptop. So until this is resolved, I just don't want ABC shows online. Would LOVE to find a solution...

Oh, and I'm on 10MBps (or greater) Comcast--and it streams fine on another computer. So it's not a provider issue. I suspect it's an application problem. I used to have ZoneAlarm installed (no longer), no AntiVirus. I do have AdBlock Plus on my Firefox, but disabled it, then uninstalled it, and no improvement. Also, ABP does not affect IE, which fails, too. I can't imagine what is common between Firefox and IE, but not from one computer to the next, except Adobe Flash, which I've uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times. If anyone solves the problem, please register and post. Thanks!

I am having the same problem. I have found a way around that works for me. If you click on the "OK" button on the pop up message which displays the error. Now click on the scroll bar and fast forward about 30 seconds and it starts working. I also waited about 30-45 seconds between the message popping up and actually clicking okay. Let me know how this works for yall?
