It would be nice to know what you will be doing with the computer (different ones are better for different things)

Its for Gaming, CS,CZ,CSS and Maybe COD4

IRC,MSN,VENT etc..

Needs to be fairly fast 1GB+ Ram!

And 100 FPS constant on 1.6/cz 80+ would do on source ! <3

I would as well. Keep in mind though that you won't be able to tell 100FPS from 60FPS because of both monitor refresh rate and human eye limitations.
