Unless the router also has a bridge mode, you need a bridge or WAP to do what you're drawing there. Normal routers only function in gateway mode and will not connect to another router. Since you supplied no model numbers, I can't tell you specifically if it's possible.
Wireless to Wired
IS it possible for me to have a wireless wired access point. I am currently connected to my cousins internet wirelessly, is it possible for me to use another router and connect to it wirelessly but still have it share the connection wired. Its kidna hard for me to explain it so here is a quick Paint sketch
