I have an ARESCOM NetDSL1000 and a Linksys WRT54G wireless router. I had the router configured and everything working fine. Suddenly the modem stopped working and my ISP provider sent someone to reconfigure the modem. Since then I can't get the router to read the ISP from my modem. I tried the router on another modem and it worked immediately, so I know it's not the problem.

Any suggestions?

Can you connect directly to the modem and get a connection? Remember, you have to power cycle the modem whenever you changed the attached device.

If that works, please do this when connected to the modem.

For 98 or ME, Start, Run, COMMAND to open a DOS window:
--- or ---
For 2K or XP, Start, Run, CMD to open a DOS window:

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.

Thanks. Yes, I can connect directly to through the modem. This is the results in the command window. It's in Spanish -sorry. I live in Costa Rica. Thanks for the help.
