Wireless not working

Well last night I was using my Laptop (Hp pavilion dv6700) I use my neighbors wireless internet and sometime my uncles, but this morning i could not connect to the internet wireless on both my neighbors and my uncles. It says I have excellent connection...i did a diagnose and repair and i get a "Cannot Communicate with primary DNS server (68.105.28.12)

I can connect to the internet through using an Ethernet cable.
